We trust you will be satisfied with your purchase.  However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, please contact one of our Credit Service Representatives.  They will assist you in finding an acceptable solution.

• All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.  To obtain a Return Authorization number, call us at (877) 640-9484 within 30 days of the receipt of your order

• Due to general health considerations, we regret that there can be no returns on vaccines, prescriptions, or customized products.

• Product must be in resalable condition to be eligible for return.  Also, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

• Refused packages will be issued credit for the order less the shipping charges and 20% restocking fee.

• After returned product is received and processed, credit will be issued to your account.

Warranty Products:
Product found to be defective will be handled by the manufacturer.  Your Credit Service Representative can assist you with warranty claims.
